Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any Captain's Millionaires service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

Captain's Millionaires provides an online membership platform including: educational courses (TSA program, CM Academy), AI-powered content generation tools (Autopilot), community features (Rise and Fly, Captain's Corner), and related content and tools. Access is gated by membership tier and subscription status.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

Price Changes: We will provide 30 days advance notice of any subscription price increase. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through that date.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact support within 7 days.

Captain's Corner & Rise and Fly Contracts: Multi-month contracts (6, 12, or 18 months) are binding for the agreed term. Early termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid amounts.

5. Captain's Coins

Captain's Coins are a virtual, non-monetary reward currency earned within the platform. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real currency. Coins are used to access specific platform features (Autopilot tools, meeting access). We reserve the right to adjust coin values, costs, and policies at any time with notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass or harm other community members
• Attempt to manipulate your account tier, weight, or coin balance through unauthorized means

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, training materials, brand assets, and platform code are owned by Captain's Millionaires Inc. or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use during your active membership.

8. Community Standards

Captain's Millionaires communities (Rise and Fly, Captain's Corner) require respectful, constructive participation. We reserve the right to remove any member from a community for conduct that violates these standards, without refund.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) conduct harmful to the community or platform. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. Provisions regarding IP, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC FINANCIAL RESULTS, INCOME, OR OUTCOMES FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPTAIN'S MILLIONAIRES' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We will provide 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
